Question [SOLVED] how to uninstall zimbra desktop on linux ?

hi !

my question is very simple, but i did not manage to find the topic here, neither in the wiki.
I need to uninstall it cleanly to install after the zd2 release.

so how can we do ?

my zimbra desktop is an old release 1.0.x but not hte last one.
i use a debian etch system, on kde3 environnement.

(1) Close the GUI client window.

(2) Make sure that the Zimbra Desktop service process is not running. It is a java process. If the service process is running, open a terminal window and cd into the install directory. Then run the following at the command line:

./zdesktop stop

(3) Delete the install directory. Note that if you want to preserve mailbox data, don't delete these 3 folders: derby, store, index.
