can't get zimbra running on xp.

Just downloaded Zimbra (zdesktop_1_0_4_build_1833_win32), successfully installed. but when I tried to run Zimbra (Windows XP) it opened a white window with three changing round pictograms.

Please give me some advice, if I still am interested in getting Zimbra to run?

Try installing the Zimbra Desktop Beta 3 (you'll find the release details in the ZD forums, please read the documentation and FAQ before you install it) instead of ZD 1.x and see if that works.

I download the ZD Beta 3 from:
Windows: http://files2.zimbra.com/downloads/z...0479_win32.msi
(MD5 checksum).

Successfully installed. but when I tried to run it it opened white windows with 'busy/loading' animated icons.

have tried in other desktop computer xp sp2, the welcome screen won't pop up.
