ZD not opening links correctly in Google Chrome

I am using Fedora 12, and have the latest version of Chrome for linux installed.

When I click on a URL in ZD the following happens:

• Chrome opens in a new window.
• Home page opens, but not the link I clicked.

Troubleshooting:

I have verified that Chrome opens links in other programs, and it does. In Pidgin IM, I can open URLs when clicked, and they open in tabs.

I have installed the latest version of ZD (upgraded from 1.0.3):

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-AU; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008072406 Prism (zdesktop/1.0.4)

Any clues as to what might be happening? Is there a "default browser" setting I'm missing somewhere?
