Send using POP account

I have correctly input my pop account details from my ISP and can receive my mail but cannot send. I keep getting an error message that the mail cannot be relayed.I heard that some isp's use a different port for this?

I'm afraid this is likely to be a question for your ISP. I assume you are authenticating with the server and all the account details are valid?
