Thanks

I'm guessing since the thread has the title Karmic in it, that it is Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala 64bit

Is this correct?

sorry, i am little bit out of touch with ubuntu distros. thanks lynner.

then what locale you are running, direland? my guess is that the icon was created in the hardcoded ~/Desktop folder, which is wrong for non en-us locales. that's a known issue. the fix is to copy it to your "desktop" folder.

My icon to start the program was actually located in ~/zimbra/zdesktop/linux/linux.desktop then I just sym linked it to the desktop and then used the icon that came with it, kind of a work around but it works.
