Default User Guide

Before installing Zimbra Desktop, I tried to see the User Guide.

Why Zimbra Desktop User Guide (Here: Zimbra Mail Help) is blocked on the "Get Started" section?

When I click on "Setting Up Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop" (or any other section) nothing happens.

Am i wrong (not) doing something?

Can I find somewhere a downloadable User Guide?

It works for me, I can see all the pages in that documentation. I'd suggest you check your browser settings and see if anything is blocking those pages.

You're right.

First I tried in my usual browser (Avant) and I've got the behaviour I've reported.

Now, at your warning, I tried using Firefox and everything is fine. Thank you!

But the question remains: Why it doesn't work in Avant Browser (which is Microsoft Internet Explorer engine based)?

I've just installed AvantBrowser on my XP Pro machine and again, I have no problems getting to any of the help pages. I'm not familiar with the settings in AvantBrowser but I'd suggest it's something you've got blocked that's causing the problem.

Thanks, phoenix. I'll search the question. Anyway, I can now see the User Guide.

If I'll find something about settings in Avant Browser, I'll warn the forum.

Once again, thank you.

It's an error which comes from Internet Explorer. In Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8, when I click one of the other titles in the content summary, nothing happens and in the stattus line I get a message "Error on page" (that message I don't see in AvantBrowser).

So, it's about a setting in Internet Explorer 8. I'll dig forward and I will tell you what I find.

I remember I didn't change any of the settings when I've installed Internet Explorer 8, so it can be difficult for me to observe what setting is guilty.
