[SOLVED] installation help for ZCS 6.0 opensource in fedora core 11

hello

i am new to linux and to zimbra. i m using fedora core 11 and using internet in that pc with the help of a internet proxy server.

1. can i set the ZCS mailserver in fedora core 11, cauze i m not directly connected to internet. (through proxy server)

2. while installing i am getting a error message like my host.conf doesnt have 127.0.0.1 localhostname. (DNS not configured). i hav read that configuring relay host is ok if DNS is not configured. can anyone please help me in configuring DNS or relay host. i hav tried my level best in try searching google for DNS configration in linux. but still i m not able to configure it.
can anyone please help me out in this.

after a long try i found how to install this
i copied the line 127.0.0.1 local.localdomain localhost into the host file.

now i am able to install the package. thkz

That line should actually read as follows:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain   localhost

It's detailed in the Quick Start Installation Guide.
