Hi Mark,
I got the same thing when upgrading. I don't know why, but it works if I do following things:
- uninstall the previous version first (remember, DON'T check DELETE ALL DATA option,
so you don't have to resync mailbox from the scratch).
- if uninstalling is
still failed, stop the zdesktop (you can read
this for detail procedures) then try to uninstall again.
- install the new version.
