Angry still can't connect to my M$exchange srvr

I get a "User account authentication failed. Please check username and password." after cliking save and validate...
i've tried everything i can think of.. please let me know from my outlook '03
program what tools/properties i can clik on to get the correct info in the right
Zimbra 'add' account boxes the documentation i've read does not help ...thanx dave

Do you have IMAP enabled on your Exchange mailbox? Is the IMAP service running? Are you using secure IMAP? You cant make these changes through Outlook. Your Exchange administrator would need to enable or change these settings if they allow it.

Default still can't

how do you test for this imap running service? or do you just call the admin
..we are really trying to do this as much under the radar as possible..we can ping the server and of course i can still get my email via outlook

From Outlook select Tools->EMail Accounts then modify your current account. Check the settings including the advanced tab to see what ports and authentication is it using.
