I'm afraid that's nota problem we can help you with. The usual reason for an IP to be blacklisted is that mail has been sent from it (it takes a lot of spam to get blacklisted) or from one of the machines on the network. You need to review the reasons for the blacklist, check the machines on your LAN don't have a malware installed and get the blacklist removed.

Your server is behind a firewall or NAT router isn't it?

Then you don't necessarily need a firewall in this situation.

In that case you must take an inventory of what machines are on your LAN and which ones are sending spam and how they're doing it. If you have machines sending spam then you will continue to get blacklisted, this is an internal security problem.

I know this is not at all zimbra related problems. But can you give any links related to this? Also on which port these spams are passing through?
Can i block the port 25 only open to my zimbra server??If you have any articles to solve such situation, it would be very much helpul.
Again Iam sorry to ask you a non Zimbra question.

May be it is too late but you could use a firewall like PfSense to block outgoing port 25 for every pc except your zimbra
