Default Installation not succesful on Vista

Hi

I have tried installing and I get he "Zimbra failed to inject Zimlets....." message. I tried a re-download and re-install but no success.

I have checked to see if the backend was running - there is a service called "Yahoo Zimbra Desktop service" running but no process called zdesktop or similar running.

There was only one file in the log folder (zdesktop.out) which I have attached.

As far as I could tell my firewall (the windows one) wasn't blocking the appropriate port. But I am not sure I was checking correctly.

I would be grateful for any help.

I am not seeing a zdesktop.out file attached. Can you attach zdesktop.out and zdesktop.log?

Default attached file

I have attached the zdesktop.out - sorry, must have failed the first time.

As I said this was the only file in the log directory - no zdesktop.log exists.

Thanks.
