Default Zimbra will not load or open for me and fail to inject Zimlets

Im running Vista Basic Home Edtion. At one time Zimbra was working fine and now I cant even get it to open. It says to check the forums or that there may of been a problem with the server. When I uninstall it and re-install it it says that it's failed to inject "Zimlets". What do I need to do to get this to work on my operating system? Im totally confused. Help....

Dave
