Default Updated Zimbra now nothing works

I updated Zimbra last week with the auto update. And one file could not be replaced so I selected skip. Now zimbra doesn't open at all. It just says file not found.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing and it says Zimbra can not install a file from an older version on top of a newer version.

I love this email program. What can I do to get it running again?

Thanks

Similarly, 3 our of 4 email accounts I have syncing to Zimbra are offline after my upgrade this morning. The only one working is a Gmail account, the other 3 a POP3's..

For those accounts that stopped working, please enable "Debug Logging" at account setup page; Do manual syncs for them (Send/Receive button); zip up log/zdesktop.log and attach it here. Thanks.

I went to the Account set up page, and checked the debug logging box, and the following error message came up: Cannot connect to "mail.iinet.net.au:110". Please check host/port and network connectivity.

you can still access mail.iinet.net.au:110 from other mail clients? this is not simply a network hiccup?

The strange thing is, it was down for 24 hours, and is now back up and working. When I had Outlook running at the same time, I also couldn't receive mail on either Outlook or Zimbra. I removed the mail accounts from Outlook and Zimbra started working. But then two days later it went down again for 24 hours. When this happens I try restarting the computer, uninstalling Zimbra but neither of these things work. When I reinstall Zimbra, those same 3 accounts remain offline. But then out of nowhere, it all starts working again.. I'm baffled..
