error creating a pop account

Hello,
i have some e-mails on Parallels.
I get the following message when i try to create the account. In MS outlook its working.
service.FAILURE: system failure: Unable to connect to IMAP server: DataSource: { id=4ef9d4d1-0e67-4c52-a3c6-9aca5f09a697, type=pop3, isEnabled=true, name=web1681p1, host=pop.gittler-it.de, port=110, connectionType=cleartext, username=web1681p1, folderId=2 }
What am i doing wrong?
