can you try to reinstall it at the same location? backup these folders first, just in case something goes wrong during re-install and you may lose your emails:

derby, store, index

and this is the last restort: http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?tit...do_I_do_now.3F

Default Resolution

Hi,

My account being IMAP, I finaly deleted the directory Zimbra and proced with a new installation. It's probably not perfect for Windows registry but now it's working!
