You guys are awesome. I just saw that 1513 was out. I will upgrade immediately, and save the log asap just in case I need it.

I'm using build 1513 and just happened to check for any updates today and I get the same message (AUS: Update XML File Malformed (200)). My preferences.js file also has the same entry as drdrem's (pref("app.update.url", "@aus_url@")).

My installation log is attached.

You installation failed before reaching the last screen. Normally if you re-run the installer, it should fix it.

OK, I'll give that a try. I'm not actually worried about it, I just though I'd check here when I got the error and then noticed that you didn't get a full log from drdrem, so I sent mine to see if that would get you whatever you were hoping to find in the other one.

Thanks.

Default malformed error continues

I just upgraded to 1537 and was still getting the same malformed error. I went through the install again and got to the last screen, as is mentioned above. Now. No error results when I click "check for updates. I think someone can mark this solved.

You can do that yourself, it's on the Thread Tools drop down at the top of the thread.

I got the exact same error message as drdrem when attempting to check for updates:
AUS: Update XML File Malformed (200)

The problem I am having is that my local ISP uses Zimbra, so I can access mail online. But while in Zimbra Desktop I tried to send an email twice that had a 22MB attachment. The outbox is clogged, and there are two drafts. I can't delete or even view these two folders now. Desktop won't connect to server to send or receive mail. I am forced to use the online version now. I thought an update of the Zimbra Desktop might help, but got the above error message.

I use Windows XP and Firefox.
