I installed Zimbra Desktop, but when I click on the icon there is a window "Prism - Mozilla Labs" asking for url and name. I assume it's not suppose to happen?

I think a wait of 25mins is rather a short time to start demanding a response. You do realise, don't you, that these forums are community supported and people post here when they have the time,.

You haven't actually given much information in your post. Did you try either of the solutions mentioned in this thread? Which version of Zimbra Desktop did you install? Which operating system? You also shouldn't add your post to an old thread, it's likely to get ignored.

Hello,

I have Zimbra installed and it worked well!
For another reason I have recoverd Windows 7 to an earlier date and lost Zimbra aswell.
After reinstallation I have the same problem "Prism-Mozilla lab" popup and Zimbra is not working anymore.

I installed Zimbra several times on different locations allways with the same result!

Target for Zimbra desktop is:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cscript.exe "C:\Users\Aad\appdat\local\Zimbra\win32\zdrun. vbs"

I hope you can help me.

With kind regards

Aad

I just installed Windows 7 on my computer and ZD 7 and after the second or third time running ZD it came up with the same Prism screen mentioned in this thread. I followed the instructions to delete the version file and restart ZD and it works. I'm just posting here in case anyone else has this problem so they know that the old solution still works.
