i can't find a file called "netstat.txt" and have no idea what or where the root directory is. i did do a search of my C drive and found 5 files called netstat
one is .exe file
and the other 4 don't appear to have an extension as far as i can see (they look like 4 blue squares).

please double click on those blue squares - one of them should be the file you created by running that command.

okay, let try this:

1) run this command from cmd:

netstat -an > c:\netstat.txt

2) Click Start button, then Run...

3) type in the following in the Run... input box:

c:\netstat.txt

4) hit enter key.

what do you see ?

how about type in "netstat -an > c:\netstat.txt" (no quotes) into run box first, click OK.

then type in "c:\netstat.txt", and click OK.

Hi,
I am also facing the same error.
I restarted my computer and now I receive message saying JVM is damaged.
Please suggest solution as do not want to reconfigure.

you just updated your ZD? or installed it the first time? if it's former, which build you were running before the update?

Hi,
I just updated about an hour ago. I was using zimbra for more than 6-8 months.
I do not remember the earlier build no.
