Unhappy Cannot Install Zimbra Desktop 0.92, getting weird error message

I am trying to install Zimbra Desktop 0.92 on Windows XP. I keep getting the following error:

Installation error: The previous version is newer than the new version. Due to potential risk of corrupting user data and program data, we do not support installing an older version. Previous Version/Build: dev/0 New version/Build: 0.92/1433

When I go to add/remove programs, it says that there is Zimbra Desktop 0.53. When I try to uninstall it, I get this message:

install4j An error occured. java.lang.runtimeException: The language "en-US" is not available. Error log: c:\docments and settings\mark\local settings\temp\install4jerror3802.log.

I click OK and nothing happens.

Here is the logfile:

It looks like the current 0.92 installer is having trouble upgrading your 0.53 installation.

Can you follow this instruction here to uninstall 0.53 manually and re-install 0.92/build 1433?

Actually I meant this topic: Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop - Zimbra :: Wiki

Have you tried that too?

Yes I did the manual uninstall, and received the same error when I tried to install the newest version.

same error of "Previous Version/Build: dev/0 New Version...." ? Which directory you are installing to? Was it complete empty or non-exist before installation?
