Hi.

I downloaded Yahoo ZImbra desktop, installed and then opened it. What appeared was Mozilla Labs' Prism dialog box, with all fields empty. I wasnt not sure what to do with the fields. It ended there. ANy attempt to fill the fields ended with failure, the Prism didnt accept any webaddress I wrote. For now, there is no way I can use the software.

I downloaded the file zdesktop_0_92_build_1433_win32.exe at http://h.yimg.com/lo/downloads/zdesk...1433_win32.exe from Yahoo ZImbra Desktop page.

I am using Windows Vista Premium Service pack 1.

Hope anybody with solutions can help me.

I have the same problem using vista 64bit sp1. I can't use zimbra anymore.

Hi.
I attempted to solve the problem by running Yahoo Zimbra on compability mode. I set Windows XP Sp2, running on Admin mode in the Properties dialog box. While I was able to open the software (Mozilla's Prism didnt come out anymore), there was a problem on connection. it seemed the software couldnot connect to the server.

Yes, still cannot use Yahoo ZImbra.

Hi to all,

I am facing same problem of Mr.Shaz_smach.

But for the last two months worked my zimbra without any trouble
unfortunately this starts 2days back.

Please help me.
