Default Help! Couldn't access Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop server
I have installed zdesktop 0.92 build 1433 in US English Windows Vista and I get the following error window after installation:
Couldn't access Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop server. If issue persists after reinstall, please check logs for errors and report to Zimbra Desktop - Zimbra - Forums.
I have checked previous threads with the same problem and followed the instructions given to those users but it hasn't worked for me. I don't know where or how to get error logs.
I had older versions of Zimbra installed and they worked fine. I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance
