Help - Installing ZSC on MacBook

Hi. We use Zimbra for our office email and I've installed it a number of times on our PCs. Now, I'm trying to install on my MacBook (OS 10.5.5) and I am totally new to Macs, so I don't know my way around its operating system .... so, I have just downloaded the Zimbra connector to work with Microsoft Entourage for my company email. After downloading, I got the message "run zmsetup.pl AS ROOT." I have no idea how to do this ... can somebody help? Thanks, Michael
