Default Installation ZD Failed! HELP

Hello,

After downloading Zimbra Desktop at Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop
I did execute the downloaded program. At the end of the install process there was a message: "could not inject some zimlets. Some functions might be missing".

When I try to run Zimbra, I get the following message...

Couldn't access Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop server. If issue persists after reinstall, please check logs for errors and report to Zimbra Desktop - Zimbra - Forums.

Please...can anyone help me?
Thanks,

Which OS is this? Can you upload the following files?

log/zdesktop.log
.install4j/installation.log

Default Vista and Dutch installation

I use Vista Home Premium and I instaled the Dutch version (language = Dutch)of Zimbra. After the insatllation i did an uninstall and did a new download and install. The same problem.
The Zdesktop.out log file is the only file in the logdirectory. I cannot upload the file cause Zimbra Forums doesn't accaept .out files.

Thanks for answering,

Default Localconfig and Installation directory

I used de default settings during the installation process, also directory defaults. See .jpg attachement. Also enclosed the localconfig.xml as zip file

Thanks René. I've filed a bug on this issue: Bug 34192 – non utf-8 char in localconfig.xml

Meanwhile, please try to replace your localconfig.xml with the one I manually corrected (see attachment). Let me know whether it works for you.

Default STill doesn't work

After storing your localconfig.xml file in the conf directory (replacing the old one) it still doesn't work.
STill get the message: Couldn't access Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop server.
