Question Installation Help

I just downloaded the Desktop version for windows. I downloaded the file but when i click to open the file all it does is open another internet browser (Safari) and doesn't do anything else.

How do I open the file and How to I install?

I must be computer challenged?

Thank You!

You were also asked what the size of the file is, can you post the exact size of that file.

The file name is definitely wrong. How did you download it? It should have an extension of .exe, not .download.

Actually, that sounds like the browser isn't handling the download correctly. What happens if you right-click on the link and then 'save as', do you get the file downloaded correctly?

Default browser .download file wont run...

Hello - I suspect that you have already fixed this but if you didnt yet - then my browser (chrome) did the same, I changed the exension on the file from .download to .exe and it then executed and installed fine.

if you downloaded the file and it has a .download ext - rename it to .exe and it will work.

I have seen this file names several times !!
