Default Update to Desktop 0.92 (Beta 5) Problem

Zimbra Desktop 0.91 was working with 3 Yahoo mailboxes. Downloaded zdesktop_0_92_build_1418_win32.exe yesteday, but didn't launch. Today a reboot was required by MS Vista (64) updates. Now clicking on Zimbra shortcut brings up "Prism-Mozilla Labs" window requiring a Web Application URL & Name and giving various appearence choices.

1. Is the expected?
2. If so, what Web Application URL & Name should I input?
("OK" did nothing when I tried Yahoo! & a mailbox name)
3. If not, what should I do next?

This is not expect. It means there's a bug somewhere. Please upgrade to 1418.

Can you send us the following files (if found).

log/zdesktop.out
log/zdesktop.log
.install4j/installation.log

Any 64-bit version of OS is not officially supported yet. You may have to go back to previous version that worked for you.

I find that zdesktop.log which is 7.5 MB and installation.log which is 2.5 MB both exceed your attachment size limit. Today's zdesktop.out file is small, but apparently still open as it lacks a date extension in the file name and wouldn't upload. Do you want yesterday's zdesktop.out?

Does Prism have anything to do with Zimbra Desktop?

Yes, we use prism as front end user interface. Can you zip the logs? Thanks.

Default Here are files

I include Zdesktop.out from Wednesday since I'm pretty sure that's when I tried to update to 0.92, and because 7-ZIP won't compress either yesteday's or today's .out files.

Vista 64 has a separate folder "Program Files (x86)" where it installs 32-bit applications. Zimbra is in one of its subfolders, as are other 32-bit applications. Why don't all such apps work under Vista 64?

The backend service (zdesktop.exe) was actually working and syncing your yahoo mails. I didn't find anything in your installation.log.

Can you point your Firefox to Bugzilla Main Page and see whether you can run with your browser?
