Default Problem Reinstalling 0.91 on OSX 10.5.5

I had been running previous version of zdesktop on my mac for around 6 months - had been pretty stable. A couple of days ago, it wouldn't start. I uninstalled (leaving personal data) and installed latest version (zdesktop_0_91_build_1344_macos_intel). At the end of the install, dialog says that it couldn't inject Zimlets. When running new install, it goes to start up, dots display and after about 30 secs displays javascipt alert box with error (see screen below).

zdesktop.out log has the following:

Starting zdesktop
/Users/my_username/zimbra/zdesktop/zdesktop: line 269: 19965 Segmentation fault "$app_java_home/bin/java" -Dinstall4j.jvmDir="$app_java_home" -Dexe4j.moduleName="$prg_dir/$progname" -Xms64m -Xmx256m -Dsun.net.inetaddr.ttl=30 -DSTART="$prg_dir/jetty/etc/start.config" -Dzimbra.config="$prg_dir/conf/localconfig.xml" -Djava.library.path="$prg_dir/lib" -Djetty.home="$prg_dir/jetty" -Djava.awt.headless=true $INSTALL4J_ADD_VM_PARAMS -classpath "$local_classpath" com.install4j.runtime.Launcher start com.zimbra.cs.offline.start.Main false false "$prg_dir/log/zdesktop.out" "$prg_dir/log/zdesktop.out" true true false "" true true 0 0 "" 20 20 "Arial" "0,0,0" 8 500 "version 0.91" 20 40 "Arial" "0,0,0" 8 500 -1 org.mortbay.start.Main

Were you able to resolve the segmentation fault? I'm having the same problem with starting up zdesktop on Mac OS X 10.5.8.
I have tried various JAVA versions (1.6.0_15, 1.5.0_20).
