Default Stuck on Loading!

I installed Zimbra Desktop on a Mac running 10.5.5.

I configured a GMail account which the set-up screen accepted.

When I launch the app it just gets stuck at the loading screen

I also tried this with a straight POP3 account with the same result. I tried waiting all night and still nothing changed, just stuck at the loading screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

which build you installed? the lastest build 1344?

are there any java exceptions in log/zdesktop.log ?

Default Follow-up

My build is: zdesktop_0_91_build_1344_macos_intel.dmg

The log file is attached as I don't know how to read it.

your gmail sync went just fine. i'm not sure what you mean by stuck. could you try using a browser to point to Bugzilla Main Page

Default Next Step

The above bugzilla link brought up a firefox window and worked fine. This picture is what happens when I double-click on the Zimbra Desktop icon.

It stays on this screen and never changes. Nothing ever comes up. This is what I men by stuck

Default Zimbra Desktop Loading issues

As the picture shows above, this is what happens when I click on thee Zimbra Desktop icon. It gets to this screen and nothing happens?

I would like to get this issue resolved as I am really looking forward to trying out Zimbra Desktop?

Any thoughts?

Yes it works when I use: Bugzilla Main Page

I just can't start the app

Why would it work via a web browser (firefox) but not work by clicking on Zimbra desktop icon and opening the app?
