Default Manual upgrade

The latest version of Zimbra doesn't recognize the last version installation. When I go to install it, the only thing it asks is if I want to install in the same folder, not upgrade. If I do that, it does not work. If I do a new install, Zimbra works fine. I have my old installation backed up. Can I copy the files and mail over to the new installation folder and what files or folders would they be? I have a calendar, 5 email accounts, and a gig of mail I don't want to lose and would hate to start from scratch.
Thank you.
John

Ok, since nobody can tell me what to copy and move, maybe somebody can tell me what to change in my old installation so the latest version installation recognizes it and does an upgrade.
Thank you.

Thank you.
