Default [SOLVED] Unable to create file in briefcase

I recently installed Zimbra Desktop and everything seems to be working OK except for saving attachments from an email into the briefcase. I can upload to and download from the briefcase, but when I click the add to briefcase button, I get a red pop-up message which says, "Unable to Create File" and another message which says, "A network service error has occurred. msg: system failure: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "c947acee-1532-4994-a437-cdcab5257217:278"
code: service.FAILURE
method: SaveDocumentRequest
detail: soap:Receiver
trace: btpool0-37:1218002689988:bc06192a790fb756"

Any suggestion?

I'm getting the same problem here, 5.0.8 on Ubuntu 6.06. Copying a file to briefcase works fine for me, but several users get the same error.

Still not able to get briefcase to work. My first thought was that it might be a file permission issue, but I can upload from my harddrive to the briefcase (which is not very useful since I can't attach anything in the briefcase to an email). I just can't save an email attachment to the briefcase.

BTW I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 and zdesktop_0_90_build_1251_linux_i686

Hi,

I also noticed some problems with my briefcase but where able to solve this by simple going into my account settings and resetting my data. I found a hint in the release notes about the briefcase that new items in ZD would be added, but existing would only be synchronised when an item changed. Since i have a looot of items in there i simply reset my account and everything was perfect.

hth

Mayk
