Error with zimbra desktop installation

Hi Team,

I am facing few problems with Zdesktop installation.
During installation it gives me the following error:
Failed to start zimbra desktop core service
But still installation happens and after installation it gives me the following error:
The connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost:7633


I checked with the compatibility issue as well........even though I try to install it on windows XP sp2, it gives me above errors

Please guide me on it.

What happens if you attempt to start the service manually from Administrative Tools->Services ?

It does not show zimbra desktop service in administrative tools-> services to start it manually.........

What to do??
