can't install or run

build 1083 installs fine on sles 10 but does not run. Shows error:
"The Application "Gecko" has quit unexpectedly".

On suse 10.3 it won't install. When I run the install script i get this from the command line:

This seems to be a common problem on Suse 10.3. Take a look at post 6 in this thread :- Matlab R2006b In 10.3 Does Not Start (java Bug?) - SUSE Forums and see if that helps.
