Does not work for me either. (tried firefox and explorer)

Curtism's problem was the download failing after it started (seemed to be an individual connection problem)

Sturgis's error is immediately after clicking the download link
-got the same error across all 3
-I just fired off an email to let the website team know

Simply not syncronizing.
