We just downloaded all the language files and the Slovak set needs to have each file renamed since you are using the same name as the default Zimbra English files. For example, you need to rename ZmMsg.properites to ZmMsg_sk.properties (and all the other files too). We found out the hard way since when we download them they overwrote the existing default files.
