4.5.4 French Translation

Here comes the 4.5.4 French translation both for the OS and NE versions. Most of the changes are corrections done by Klug (Répertoire becomes Dossier :-).

As usual, a tgz file with an installation script, the French date zimlet and the French spellcheck patch can be downloaded from http://files.whitehatmail.fr.

For those using FC4, you may need to update libstd++ with "yum update libstdc++" as "aspell" was compiled with the latest version.

I think Carlos is a bit overloaded these days.
I'll try to post a "build" tomorrow afternoon (with the greatly updated files).
