German Translation (diff)

Hi

I downloaded the german translation files from sf.net, added most of the "Identity Management" and "POP Accounts" translations to
ZmMsg_de.properties
and created a diff (to the version currently available on sourceforge).

I signed and faxed the contributors agreement two weeks ago (or so). There is no moderator listed for the german translation, so I post the diff here.
