i want to translate the zimbra 4.5 language files ,but how can i find what's new line in language file?
i suggest the new lines adding in language files should put to the end the file.
this will help people who want to translate new version files.

Hi-- right now I believe you have two options for finding new strings:
StefanD has kindly written a script to compare files and check for diffs: http://www.zimbra.com/forums/showthr...3558#post23558
Also, AndyC has built in a tool to the Sourceforge Xtras project that will let you see a near real time view of the latest English file compared against the latest translations -- check out this:
http://zimbra-xtras.sourceforge.net/l10n-status.html
When you click on % complete for a language you will see:
missing - these are new strings in the English file (which you should add at the bottom of the localization and translate)
duplicates - these are strings not yet localized
obsolete - these are strings no longer used by the English file that still appear in the locale (ignore)
unfortunatlly, the 2 links you give can not get any tools !
The sourceforge tool is largely manual; it will allow you to see a list of the strings that need to be translated (you can copy paste i suppose).
for the other tool, please review this thread at the top of the localization forum:

here's the link again as well:
