Default 4.0.2 French Translation

Here comes the French translation for ZCS 4.0.2.

As it usually takes some time until the attachement is approved for download, the impatients can download it also from http://www.keffective.com/zimbra/

I believe I used the corrected file (with your corrections included). Can you please check?

The 24h format is OK as it is in the AjxMs_fr_FR file

Another translation issue I'm working on is to use mb_strings in aspell.php. Just now it cuts the words in the accentuated letters because it is using PERL regexp instead of UTF-8 regexp. I will probably fix this during the weekend :-)

I have not tried french spelling yet.
But from what I read in the wiki, we'll hitthe same issue as zimlet (ie you can not have both english and french spelling available and choose the one you want to use).
