Default Translate ZsMsg.properties?

There is a file /opt/zimbra/conf/msgs/ZsMsg.properties that holds some calendar properties.
Can we translated this file to?
What is there reason why this file has his own path?

Yes, this file should be translated as well.

Originally, all of the human-readable messages were restricted to the client interface. But now we have server code that automatically handles reserving locations and resources for meetings. In these situations, the server needs to send a message in the language appropriate to the server's default locale. So it makes sense for the message file to live with the server code.
