Here is the French translation for 4.0.0

I did not translated the shortcut key strokes for the new assistants. I'm not sure what to do yet. I will start with the administrator console translation before looking at this.

As there are a lot of changes I expect a lot of errors Please send me your feedback!

Je n'ai pas traduit les raccourcis de clavier des nouveau assistants. Je ne sais pas trop quoi faire dans ce cas. Je commencerais avec la traduction de la console d'administration d'abord, puis je retournerais sur ce sujet.

Comme il y a beaucoup de changements, j'attends beaucoups de corrections! Envoyez moi vos remarques SVP
