Default 3.2 german translation

I will post my german translations of the 3.2 language files in this thread.

As basis I use the 3.1.2 translation from here which I edited.
I compared it to the current ZmMsg.properties file from the CVS repository (main branch).

Currently, it's completed until line 911, I will continue tomorrow.

I couldn't test the 3.2 yet since I have only one productive server and I don't want to risk a beta install there.
But I never had problems with languages files at the 3.1.x versions.

Here is the complete translated 3.2 language file. It hasn't final state yet, but it can be used with the current beta (I have it running on my server).
