German Translation for 3.1.2

Based on blue4koala's work (Complete German Translation 3.0.1_GA_160), I managed to translate the actual 3.1.2 enduser-UI to German.

The Admin-UI is also roundabout 80% ready. I hope to be able to post the corresponding file within this week.

There are a few things I would change. I hope it is OK if i write all this into this thread.
My proposals are colored green.

apptDetails = Appointment Details
apptDetails = Termindetails

asRead = Aie gelesen
asRead = Als gelesen

The correct word in german is "E-Mail". I would prefer to use the correct word, but it is just a suggestion.

calendarFolder = Kalender-Ordner
calendarFolder = Kalenderordner

Generally, such words should be written without a hypen.

There is the "Gewählte(s) Element(e)" some more times. But I always would write "ausgewählte Elemente". In your form it isn't correct because it means either "Gewählte Element" or "Gewähltes Elemente".

I corrected the things that were clear to me and also changed "Mail" to "E-Mail", but I don't see any differences when it comes to "splashScreenCopyright" and "searchByDomain".
Perhaps you can contact me directly with new bugs or suggestions, then I don't have to upload the files that often.

numberOfMinutes = Anzahl Minuten vor der Sitzung, bevor die Erinnerung gezeigt wird
