zcs-5.0.11 French Translation Patch

Here is the French translation patch for ZCS 5.0.11.

No big changes, just the usual shortening of some labels and the corrected Zimlets.

The patch can be downloaded from Fichiers WHM, user "invite", password "invite", folder Zimbra.

The menu Bulk Provisionning in admin console is not translated

I imagine Cvidal will make one for his patch, but you can edit & redeploy /opt/zimbra/zimlets/com_zimbra_bulkprovision.zip if you wish.

Currently there's no Branch/ZimbraAdminExt/BulkProvision/js/com_zimbra_bulkprovision_fr.properties; that will be handled by Bug 32891 - Admin: "Bulk Provision" strings need to be externalized
