Default Translation deadline

Would it be possible to have a dev. schedule/freeze, so that the translators could have some time (one week or so) to translate the new stings?
Or maybe setup some general contributers framework.
I'll think it could become handy in the future.h

At this time we don't ship the translations so it's ok if the translation work lags. This allows translators to work as fast/slow as they want. Eventually we'll get some of the popular translations included in the default Zimbra release and at that point will allow translators a certain date to get work completed. We already have code freezes internally and the latest source is always available via CVS so this should be quite easy to implement when we are ready.
