    thanks for you help.
Unfortunately, it still did not play a role.
However, I found it that NOT ALL the emails of other companies to ZIMBRA turned into corrupted characters.
So, is the support of ZIMBRA for traditional chinese not good enough? Where can I see the types of support for traditional chineses in ZIMBRA? As far as I'm concerned, traditional chinese is divided into UTF-8 & BIG5. Are there any solutions for me to add the support for these 2 types characters?

Well, it'll be easier for us to diagnose if you can give us a sample message that works and one that doesn't. Text files, please, not images...

The mailer is tagging the mail as GB2312 but actually sending text encoded as GBK. Zimbra is decoding as GB2312 (a subset of GBK), so the characters in GBK but not in GB2312 are displayed as boxes.

I'm so thanks for you help
but i don't konw how to do it. see you reply . I change my OS to GBK. in (class of service) option of the zimbra.i set(default charset for mail composing and parsing)use GBK.but when test , the zimbra receive E-mail also use GB2312 decode.
so i want to know how i can set the zimbra receive E-mail always use GBK or it can auto become GBK by itself.

You need to wait for a version of Zimbra with the fix included.

I remember that sun's jdk has an option to swich charset mapping.
so can we use -Dsun.nio.cs.map=GBK/GB2312 property?
