zcs-5.0.7 French Translation

Hi,

Here comes the patch for the French version of ZCS 5.0.7.

I also added the automatic installation (prior user acceptance) of two zimlets that I find quite useful : the StarXpert save mail zimlet and the Google Translator zimlet (with the user interface translated to French).

Bug 28856 is still there (if the regular apostrophe is used in the "Carnet d'adresses" tab label, no label appears in the Preference tabbed window), so the patch still has the accent character instead of the apostrophe.

As usual, a zip or tgz file can be downloaded from Fichiers WHM (user "invite", password "invite").
