I installed 4.0.4 and I'm interested in helping the translation to Brazilian Portuguese.
What is the status?
According to http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?title=Translations, the translation is pending because FredArgolo did not sent the fax for the contribution agreement.
Can somebody post a public link with the files and send the fax? I can send the fax without problems, but we need a public place to contribute and have a status of the progress.

Thank you,
LaSombra

Lightbulb Translation to pt_BR - Brazilian

Dear brazilian friends,

I wil create one group of persons interessed in translation all the messages displayed in Zimbra to pt_BR - Brazilian.

Who have interessed please contact me for each one help in this work. My email is jarbas.junior@gmail.com - please put in the subject: "Tradução do Zimbra para pt_BR" for my control.

First: I was reading this http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?title=Translations and exist severals files - all have Msg.properties in you name. Then I located all with this command:

Quote:
root@ubuntu:~# find /opt/zimbra/ -regex .*Msg\.properties
/opt/zimbra/conf/msgs/ZsMsg.properties
/opt/zimbra/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/webapps/zimbraAdmin/WEB-INF/classes/msgs/I18nMsg.properties
/opt/zimbra/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/webapps/zimbraAdmin/WEB-INF/classes/msgs/ZMsg.properties
/opt/zimbra/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/webapps/zimbraAdmin/WEB-INF/classes/msgs/ZaMsg.properties
/opt/zimbra/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/webapps/zimbraAdmin/WEB-INF/classes/msgs/AjxMsg.properties
/opt/zimbra/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/webapps/zimbra/WEB-INF/classes/msgs/I18nMsg.properties
/opt/zimbra/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/webapps/zimbra/WEB-INF/classes/msgs/ZMsg.properties
/opt/zimbra/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/webapps/zimbra/WEB-INF/classes/msgs/ZmMsg.properties
/opt/zimbra/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/webapps/zimbra/WEB-INF/classes/msgs/AjxMsg.properties
Note: exist 2 directories "zimbra" and "zimbraAdmin".

Any how in what directory I put the translated files. I read the documentation and understand what the directory used is zimbra. But what contain in the directory zimbraAdmin?

Excuse my poor english.

IMHO, we should start with Zimbra and after that, ZimbraAdmin.

I will sign in next week. One ask: I will have access to commit in Sourceforge or only Zimbra Employee ?

Default Contributions

Anyone who has completed the contribution agreement and is willing to help moderate their language will be given access to Sourceforge!

Ideally we are looking for one main point of contact who helps coordinate the other translators and commits things to source control (though of course there can always be more than 1 moderator).

Thanks! Greg
