dutch translation

Hi, This project looks very very promising.
I want to contribute by making a dutch translation.
Are there any guidelines?

I'd reccomend waiting for the next milestone though, since we have reorganized the way we store messages so there will be some re-work if you translate besed on these files.

I'm currently writing dutch translations and I expect to have an "alpha" of this translation ready this afternoon.
