[SOLVED] ZCS 5RC2 Russian translation

I have correctly installed ZCS 5.0 RC2, all works fine. But I can`t to turn on russian language. I don`t see any options about language in my COS and in properties of user`s UI too. I have tried to use CLI - "zmprov mc default zimbraPrefLocale ru_RU". This CLI command works fine, no errors. But no changes in UI. One note - All elements of UI is in english, except calendar, it`s in russian.
