5.0.0_RC1 pt_PT

We are working on the translation of zimbra 5.0 to pt_PT. We noticed some changes from beta3 to RC1 happened (like some dirs name changed for example). The same files (already translated and displaying correctly in beta3) we were using in beta 3 don't display some characters now in the RC1. For example ç or á or ã don't appear correctly on the webui.. Looks like something changed on server side.. What?
Another issue is that the files stored with the name plus _pt (ex: ZmMsg_pt.properties) don't work anymore as in 4.5.x releases (doesn't matter what is defined in the browser, the content is always displayed in english).

In 4.x, message files were placed in /opt/zimbra/tomcat/webapps/zimbra/WEB-INF/classes/msgs/ where as in 5.x, message files are now located in /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/WEB-INF/classes/messages/.

As far as this is concerned, they should continue to display correctly. What encoding are your message files saved as?
