Default How to reset user information

The option to reset all or delete user account doesnt work on v.38 on LInux (Feisty)

The error when trying to reset all is
system failure: java.lang.NullPointerException

I had another version before and I cant get rid of the account. I delete everything...then reinstall and the account is still there...What can I do to clean everything up and get a fresh install...

Thanks, Jens

I think the SQL was still active and that was the problem?

Anyhow - delete the entire directory and then do a reboot before installing again. That should clear everything. Though upon install it told me the directory already existed again so i picked another path...Don't know which of these did the trick...
